Courage to Speak

• ●Lions walk calmly with their heads high.
• ●Lesson: confidence is calm, not loud.

• ●Tongue twister: “Brave brown lions roar bravely.” ×3.
• ●Smile big, then make your fiercest lion face.

• ●Green = speak fast. Yellow = slow down. Red = pause.
• ●Tell a story about your morning while the adult calls the colors.

• ●Pick a random card: My superpower is… / One fear I faced… / A person who is brave…
• ●Talk for 30 seconds. Give ONE real example.
• ●End with: “And that's why courage matters.”

• ●Is it better to be bold or cautious?
• ●Share your side + a reason + an example from your life.

• ●Draw a “fear monster” — then draw your lion defeating it.
• ●Describe it → explain it → defend why your lion wins.

• ●Power pose 10 seconds, jab, cross, roar.
• ●After each round, shout one strength you have.

• ●What did I say even though I felt nervous?
• ●Brave warriors can feel nervous and speak anyway.

• ●Ask a grown-up about a time they were brave. Retell their story in 30 seconds.
